Our flagship cheese. It is a cross between a Brie cheese and a farm cheese.
The outer part of the cheese is creamy and the center is still firm and a little crumbly.
With a mild bouquet, it has a full range of flavor; sweet, grassy and with just enough salt. This cheese is aged for three to four weeks.
